Investigators

 

       After 30 years service in the Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) David Smith MA retired as a Chief Inspector. During this time he served or had responsibility for most operational and administrative departments in the Police. David is also a qualified trainer and Ratification Panel member of Investors in People (IIP). He is a member of the UK Institute of Professional Investigators (IPI).

 

   

 

 

 

 

Maurice Napoli retired after 31 years service in the RGP with the rank of Inspector. Maurice’s career highlights have been terms heading the CID, Interpol Gibraltar and the Gibraltar Financial Intelligence Unit. (GFIU) In 2007 he qualified as a Senior Investigation Officer with the West Yorkshire Police. He is also a member of the World Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI).
